He was the President and General Counsel of in Internet start-up company in Boulder Colorado from 1995-1997 and has been representing companies in leading edge technologies ever since. Robert Dreer

UAS Specialist/Paralegal

Robert (Rob) is a certified commercial pilot and UAS Operator. He is also the Assistant Chief UAS Instructor at Northwestern Michigan College located in Traverse City, Michigan. He aids in training, evaluating and supervising of students and flight instructors associated with assigned courses, and assists in establishing and maintaining the College’s flight and academic curriculum to achieve desired learning objectives and meet the requirements of the UAS program. Rob also instructs UAS II (AVF 241) at NMC. This course focuses on the operation of fixed-wing UAS in lecture and field lab format. Topics covered include autopilot theory, autopilot integration and programming, simulated flight operations and live flight operations. Rob is licensed to conduct autopilot integration testing for experimental UAS.  Rob previously served in the United States Army as a UAS Operator.

Robert is an independent contractor for Traverse Legal, PLC working as a drone law paralegal.

Tony Klemptner

Patent Attorney

Anthony (Tony) is a registered patent attorney practicing in patent, trademark, copyright, and internet law. Specifically, Tony focuses his practice on evaluating invention disclosures, preparing and prosecuting patent applications, patent searching, and providing patent opinions. Prior to joining Traverse Legal, Tony served as a director for a global patent research and analytics firm, where he consulted clients on intellectual property strategy management and provided international search reports and written patentability opinions for Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications filed through the USPTO as the receiving office.

Tony has extensive experience performing searches relating to patentability, freedom to operate/clearance, validity/invalidity, and infringement. Tony also worked as an intellectual property associate at Michigan State University Technologies, where he analyzed the patent and commercial potential of the university’s intellectual property assets and drafted intellectual property agreements.

Brian Hall

Mr. Hall is a trial attorney located in Austin Texas practicing technology, trademark, copyright and complex litigation throughout the United States. Mr. Hall has handled a wide variety of litigation matters and represented hundreds of technology companies throughout the world in the areas of trademark law, internet, cybersquatting, intellectual property, and commercial and business disputes. He is a 2002 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2007.

Mr. Clark is a 1985 graduate of Kenyon College and received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 1988. He practiced in Port Huron from 1988 until 2007 with a wide range of practice areas such as general civil litigation, commercial litigation, business law, including formation of corporations, limited liability companies and general business counsel.
